LANCE SUMNER
I am 32 years old with over 15 years of experience and a degree in audio engineering. I’m the go-to for not only a great mix but I pay attention to what others overlook such as removing guitar amp hum in a mix or removing air conditioning sound on a podcast. I take pride in helping bands and individuals “start up”. Being a musician and composer myself, with music used around the world I know the true struggle of making it and impressing “the higher-ups”. That being said I can also help take you to the next level with a professional album, podcast channel or movie score etc. I have been an engineer and studio drummer for Warner Brothers Records, but can do it all from vocal tuning to orchestral pieces.
Mixing music and giving others that incredible feeling of unparalleled excitement when hearing their music how it was envisioned is why I love what I do. I’m able to mix, master, re-amp guitars, replace drum parts (either with my personal drum kits or 100’s of others), remove pops, clicks and/or background noise for podcasts or music, vocal tuning, and I feel the most important thing is I can do what YOU want. I have certifications in Protools, Logic Pro X, Waves, Melodyne and Autotune. I have worked as an Engineer at Henson Studios, EastWest, OceanWay, Warner Music Group and to this day as a composer for Universal Music Group.
